				2021-22 NCAA-Men's Video

So the NCAA-Men's committee basically made every spin move legal because it is "extremely difficult" to determine when the dribble ended. They are also making step-back jumpers and jump-stops off one foot legal as long as the feet land at "nearly the same time". Why don't they just come out and give ballhandlers a "zero step" instead of this nonsense that officials can't see plays correctly? SMFH
