The good think about the men's tournament being on CBS is that we do not have to hear Jay ignorant rants about the Block/Charge Rule (Guarding/Screening).

If Coaches get fined by criticizing the officials, then why can't the NCAA fine Jay Bilass for his constant complaining on officiating.
Networks need to get rid of him
