About 9 seconds left in the game – should a foul have been called sooner?
0.6 left - Georgia Tech bench storms the court. Technical is assessed and two free throws are shot. Shouldn’t this have been a 1-shot Class B technical?

If this was ruled having 6 or more on the court, this is not a Class B Technical Foul. This is a Administrative Technical Foul and is one of two Administrative Technicals that is a 2 shot penalty. So it appears they got it right.

I suppose they could have ruled that but I was thinking Rule 10-4.2.h would have made more sense.

That is a good point and probably should have been the ruling, but I think they went straight to having 6 on the court.
