Everyone that disagrees on the Facebook group makes the argument that the 3pts aren't across. First pass you could miss you get one live. The second pass is a almosrt straight from work the casebook.

I am really tired of referees who don’t know and don’t care to actually read the “3 points” rule spouting that off as a defense of their opinion on backcourt plays.

4-4-6: During a dribble from backcourt to frontcourt, the ball is in the frontcourt when the ball and both feet of the dribbler touch the court entirely in the frontcourt.

The video is actually from YouTube and posted in a Facebook group (not much different than this one) with more people participating.

3 points only applies to the dribble.
