It doesn't look like he gathered the ball (ended his dribble) until he had already hopped off his right foot, therefore he's entitled to land 1-2.

1.5 should be put on the clock, as that was the time when the foul was committed.

I was thinking the very same thing. I thought it was a travel at first glance, but I feel the dribble ended with the feet off the floor.

Camera angle makes it pretty difficult to tell the exact end of the dribble
