Good Game for Film Study

Just FYI for anyone interested and with the resources to grab and edit clips, the entire 2nd Half of SDSU @ Nevada (ESPN2, 2/29/20) is a cornucopia of calls, signals, and mechanics. Kelly Pfeifer and his crew earning their checks tonight. Mostly good, a few calls maybe not perfect, but plenty of good video to pick apart in this half.

I just watched the game. There were some unusual calls.
For example, with 5:36 remaining Nevada is called for a FT violation for entering the lane and coming into the FT semi-circle too early. I’ve never seen that in a college game.
There were a couple of soft PC fouls against both teams. I would have preferred to see no-calls on both ends.

Funny, I thought I saw you court side. That’s your neck of the woods, isn’t it?

By the way I’ve seen lane violations in college games before, though maybe only once or twice per year, and I can’t recall ever seeing one from the high post defender.
