Common Foul or F1?

...And we wonder why the NFHS needs to keep making intentional fouls a POE. It’s because of such an extreme reluctance for officials and commissioners to be perceived as having an impact on the outcome. Case in point. Watched what I thought was clearly an F1 in real time (would have been IF under NFHS). Was ok that that the crew looked at it on the monitor, but very frustrated that they came out common foul. This was a shove in the back with no play on the ball clearly designed to stop the clock in desperation. How is that not an F1? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

It was an obvious "take" foul situation by a physically strong player, and I think the offensive player embellishes the contact.
