Clever dribbler/shooter
Clever guy A1 is dribbling in the front court and just as he sees A2 about to set an illegal (late) screen on B1, he launches a shot. Shot is off, down goes B1. Shot goes in. Count bucket and assess foul to A2? Or wave off shot immediately when foul is committed?
What if shot is launched simultaneously with contact (A1 is clever but slow on the trigger)? Just make a call as to which came first and avoid further headaches? But what if we can't truly separate the two? Fed rules. Almost had it happen last night. |

You just have to decide whether release or foul occurred first. Earn your game fee! ![]() If it was truly simultaneous, I’d probably err on the side of saying the foul happened before the release and wiping the score. Wouldn’t want to reward the fouling team in that scenario. That’s just my thinking. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

And, not a TC foul, so B shoots FTs if in the bonus. Otherwise, B's ball at the spot nearest the foul. IF that spot is the endline, B can run.
