Jump ball: is NCAA-M rule different?
 
Opening tap of OSU-Villanova game on now. Tapped ball is loose and held ball is called between two non-jumpers. Jump ball re-administered apparently with the two original jumpers.

Yes, the NCAA changed its rule a couple of years ago after this happened to start an OT period in a tournament game.
Prior to the change the rule was the same as the NFHS.
