If you are not aware of Crown Refs, you are missing out. They have a podcast that is for "ref nerds" like myself and others to discuss issues with officiating. I had a great conversation with Paul the person that runs Crown Refs and I was featured in his podcast.
He contacted me to discuss Officiating Born (the site I post the videos from) and discuss things like this site and other officiating training issues. Hope you enjoy.
