Play 1: NCI. The ball was tipped on its way down, and that is goaltending.
Play 2: CC. That is a travel, because the pivot foot leaves and returns to the floor before the ball is released.
Play 3: Dead ball contact technical foul. The contact by Blue 32 is more than incidental contact, and is unsportsmanlike and engendering ill will.
Play 4: Both are legal plays, because the first spin move happens as the player is dribbling, and the 2nd move is a legal jump stop. 1 foot to 2 feet is A-OK.

Play 1: Goaltending. Dougie getting a little aggressive from Trail, if he doesn't have a whistle he prolly gets this.

Play 2: Travel by rule and slo-mo but not called consistently enough at any level.

Play 3: Incidental contact. Stop play and do exactly what the official in the video did.

Play 4: Second play is def a foul. However cuz of the play just before on the other end you will see a LOT of D1 officials pass on the 2nd play because of "consistency".

What does the first play have to do with the second play in terms of a foul? There was nothing close to a foul on the first play.

Unsporting?

This was a typical situation of players just running into each other. The thrower did not at all look for where the defender was (that just made the shot) and he ran into him. Nothing about this was out of bounds or even intended to happen. And the participants did not seem to even bat an eye over the contact.

Peace

Agreed. *IF* you are going to have a T or Intentional Personal (or similar in other codes), it's for "contact with an inbounder" and not anything beyond that.
