It was reviewed and the crew deemed it incidental contact.

Acting?

That was a solid shot to the nose, and he had his elbows horizontal. I think I would go with F1 on that.

The play at the ball was clean, but he got smacked in the head first. That is generally called a foul.

Correct. I believe the problem was that the covering officials (L and C) were far behind the play.
