Tough call to make, but that’s a goaltending violation at 1:08 of the first half

Follow that with a goofy play with 1 second remaining in the half.
The defender contacts the backboard with his shoulder while attempting to block a shot.

I agree, but I can see why it wouldn't be called. It had just started its downward motion when it was blocked.
