Can someone post the play prior to the under 12 media time out ( 1st half ). A State player drives to the basket,the defender looks as though he is positioned to take a charge but his right foot is out of bounds. The official just has an out of bounds call. Seems as though by rule could have been a blocking foul.

Did he touch the ball while his foot was OOB?

good OOB call. the defender flopped and the offensive player pulled up, so definetly not a block charge.

Can we clip the foul with 2.6 left in the game?

Come on Old Friend. Why would you want a foul when you can easily call an OOB violation?
