NBA Hijinks Bradley Beal Travel/Fumble

NBRA union says legal
NBA management says travel

Monty McCutchen disputes NBRA, says Wizards' Bradley Beal traveled

Even though I spend a good amount of time with NBA trained officials, I still haven't developed that highly attuned sense of 'zero-step' and other nuances that relate to NBA travel rules.

For the sake of this discussion, confine yourselves to the NFHS rules set...

Travel in FED / NCAA when the right foot hit the floor again -- this was before the bobble.

If (and this IS NOT what happened), the left foot had been the pivot foot, then this would be legal in FED / NCAA -- the bobble / recovery causes it all to "start over."
