Travel?
Player ‘A’ jumps to catch a pass and secures the ball while in the air and subsequently falls to the ground while in possession of the basketball. This was in my PCA. I did not blow it dead due to the fact that the player had not secured control with a foot on the ground. My partner blows it dead and calls a travel. Is this actually a travel?
