Both a push off and a flop. I agree with the call, even though the defender greatly exaggerated the affect of the contact.

The announcer said it was a good call so that's all that matters. But in all seriousness I agree with Hokie.

Nitpick.... L is ball watching from the beginning, when ball handler was at 3-point line. Who was watching matchup in paint? T is too far away, about 2-3 steps from top of key. Kinda surprised no whistle from T. Play came from his PCA and right in front of him. Maybe he knew L was reffing ball handler out top, lol.

No hand behind the head for PC foul? Easy PC call

I think that call looks better coming from the Trail as the Lead is stacked to the contact while the Trail has an angle to see between the players. Reaction by defender is most likely embellished, but A1 creates enough contact that he puts himself at risk for getting a PC in this situation.

I was watching some of this game with a fellow official. I commented to him that 2 of the officials seemed to be on one sheet of music, while the younger looking official was on another sheet of music when it came to mechanics and positioning.

Head to head contact. Targeting. 15 yards and Red must sit for the rest of the game and the first half of the next.

The L really has nothing going on in his primary and the contact took place in his primary. I have no issues with the call coming from the L's area.

Peace

My thoughts

This is a good call.

If you Rule this a flop and don’t call it (even with some exaggeration) the offense will continue to do this....

Red was not a defenseless player and the contact was not from the crown of the helmet.
