Yes, he traveled. He hopped on the pivot foot before contact. BUT, it was very slight and probably one that would be rarely caught and called.

Just because a spin move travel is a foregone conclusion here, you haven’t violated until you’ve violated. Pivot foot didn’t come down before contact. PC foul (CC).

Great job by the C of processing, making sure L didn’t have anything, and then selling it.

Initially, I thought that the calling official was scoring the basket.

Reminds me of, you are where you were until you get where you're going, and if it's not illegal, it's legal.

Thanks to slo-mo it's a travel. I'd most likely not even see that in that type of scenario. Good PC call.
