Fashion Police Document
Good document distributed to our association. Not completely inclusive but provides nice visual examples of the rules for apparel. Best part was that is was also distributed to all coaches and ADs. Will it help? Who knows but a good reference point or training tool.

No “extensions” on hair control devices either.
Is this rule based? Headbands? Yes. Hair control devices? Let's discuss. If a girl has her ponytail tied in a bow with cloth ribbon, and the ribbons extend a few inches, I will take a pass on not allowing her to play with such. If I try to enforce such a rule for a hair control device, I don't believe that I have the rules to back me unless I deem the device a safety hazard.
