Call the travels that are travels. Stop calling the travels that aren't travels.

Call fouls to protect players and reduce rough play. Don't no call things JUST because kids can play through it.

Stop believing coaches when they tell you everyone is healthy and equipped properly. Administer what you can to get more of this right.
