I can't tell what's allowed based on some of the calls no/calls. Video would be great to discuss.

edit: Mostly from 10 seconds to 30 seconds.

There was a MS layup that looked like a foul that led to a lengthy review for the ball going OOB. (My first instinct was foul on the shot
Then a tie up in Syracuse's back-court where he MS player just hugged the player with the ball. (I thought foul)
Then an OOB call where the defender just grabbed the wrist and went through the arm to cause the ball to go OOB (I though that should have been a foul)

I loved how the crew caught the attempted Syracuse illegal substitution during MSU’s FT’s with 7.0 left. O14 came out after the front end was made. Boheim tried to get him back in when the second was made.

Gotta sit a tick.

This part is not necessarily true at NCAA-M level this year. A rule change allows players, under certain circumstances, to come back in before the clock has started.

Can you educate those of us not up on NCAAM rules about the "certain circumstances?"

If during a free throw or throw-in the opposing team commits a foul or violation.
