Correct call. I don't think the screener had stopped, and even if he had he diodn't give the moving player being screened time and distance.

Don't even have to watch your clip...it was a great call, even if the calling official came all the way across the court to get it.

Play #2) Dickie V. is f**king idiot for his comments. That is an obvious foul that too many officials let go.

Play 1; I love calling the illegal screen on these plays where the guy hands it off and continues forward to get a piece of the defender, but on this one I see the passer as still being a ballhandler when the contact occurs. Red 20 fouls both the receiver and the passer in my opinion. The passer is making a jump stop (still with the ball) when he is contacted illegally by the defense.

Play 2; good call. L had the better angle to see the forearm push by blue so he came and got it.

A ball handler can set a screen, and if s/he does, the screen needs to be legal.

1. I wish more of these were called. Ball handler can set a screen while being a ball handler but doesn't get the best of both worlds. Must meet the criteria as a screener.


2. Its a good get. CLoser official cannot see nor judge arm in the back. Not as bad as it looks because fall is a results or ankles getting tangled not shove, but good call to keep game clean.
