Texas vs Oklahoma - 12:53 remaining in the first half.

Oklahoma player drives to the basket and is fouled. Defender grabs FHE rim, but no call for that.

I think this was legal. You can't grab the basket while the ball is on or in the basket; and you can't touch the ball while the ball is in the cylinder; but you can grab the basket while the ball is in the cylinder (assuming the ring returns before the ball hits it)

Agree....no call. Rim contact is only BI if the ball is touching the rim/basket.
