Uniform Rules

The NFHS should incorporate this into the rulebook, but the authority of this should be completely administered and regulated by state boards. There is no reason in the technical/digital age t that a picture of the schools home/away or special occasion uniforms could not be provided to the state prior to the season for approval. This would completely remove any oversight of this by the officials.
