F2.

1. F2

2. I don't think that the defender ever got into LGP facing the offensive player. I think that the call was for the C, but L felt that they had to have a whistle on the contact, waited as long as he could and then hit it. I like the call.

Play #1) after monitor review, I would be advocating for an F1 if it were live ball. I'm good with the dead ball contact T they came up with. Also, the PSU foul should have been on #23 for invading the cylinder, not #11, who contacted the ball.

Was the defender moving? If not, then LGP doesn't matter -- it's all about whether the defender gets to the spot before the offensive player (or before the offensive player leaves his feet).

I don't know NCAAM mechanics well enough to know whose call it is.

1. F2.

2. Defender had LGP several steps before contact, but shooter jumped to the side and the defender stepped towards and into the shooter after the shooter jumped....block. Mechanically, the L had a great view. The C had a lot going on. Great get by the L.

Play #2) a secondary defender, in the paint, who moves sideways into an airborne shooter. That is the Lead's call if he can see it. If he can't see it, the C needs to have a whistle.

I thought that he was moving laterally.

He was moving laterally. But the shooter had jumped to his side. His movement, even though lateral with respect to his initial position, was no longer legal since that movement was taking him towards and airborne shooter.
