I did not see a foul.
As far as the T? Can't say without knowing what the player said. To me, it appears that his words are what warranted the T. He did not do anything else deserving of one.

Repeated armbars. First the the left arm as the dribbler started to his left, then with right arm as the dribbler changed to go the other directions. It is consistent with the directives regarding handchecks of the last few years.

I can see where you have the 1st foul, and I expect there were some on warranted words and therefore the technical.
