1- I think good no call. Contact was minimal. Offensive player avoided the contact and the defender slid over into him. If anything it's a block IMO.
2- Looked legal to me. |

1 - The defender is moving but I am ok with a no call
2 - It was a good call player was moving |

1. Agree with nolanjj68. I’m ok with either no call or block. I’d probably no call.
2. I didn’t like the call. I think the defensive player would have been sufficiently stopped by the otherwise legal screen either way (this was quite marginal). Also, considering game/time/score, if we haven’t made similar calls in the game, we’ve got to pass on this. On the other hand, what do I know....maybe they called these all night. The OU reaction says otherwise, however. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
On #2, the screener did not need to make that shoulder move.

Play 3...would love to see the endline view (which probably didn't exist, otherwise you'd have shown it).
From what we do have, it "appears" that blue's arms were not vertical and clipped the ball handler's arms as he stepped through. If so, that would be a foul. However, the angle we have is far from conclusive for me. |
