running the endline...
 
After a made basket by B1, A1 steps out of bounds and runs 15 feet before making the throw-in. Can A1 dribble during this 15 feet journey? Same scenario, can A1's pass to A2, who is out of bounds, touch the floor before it gets to A2?

Only possible penalty arising from these scenarios would be a 5 second violation.
