Flagrant Foul Review (Video) during Rebounding Action

Let us talk about this one. This is older, but I saw this and felt it needed to be discussed.

Tough decision. I’m ok with F1 personal. You just can’t bring your arms up while trying to get around someone and not be responsible if contact ensues above the shoulders. Granted the Temple player did sort of “lead with the crown of his helmet.” But still, I’m good with the result.

Would this not be a designated spot throw-in nearest to where the foul occurred? That didn’t seem like how they resumed play...

To me, the Temple player initiates illegal contact and catches an inadvertent elbow to the nose.

I don't have anything besides incidental contact.

What’s the ncaa standard for review? Do they make a decision first, and then only change if the video is conclusive, or do they make a decision only from the video? I don’t know that the video would change my minde either way from a call that hav initially been made.

IF they didn't call anything initially, they can review the play to see if a F1 or F2 occurred.
