After the made three-point basket by white, it looks like W#22 knocked the ball away from B#00. Possible delay violation?

As for the actual play, I don't see any contact. I think W#22 was bracing for, and anticipating, it. Without seeing where the official was, I can only question whether or not he had a good angle/look at the play from his spot.

White is losing, calling a delay benefits them, not the throw-in team.

From the camera angle we can't see if there is contact from B24 and how severe the contact is if there is any.

Calling Official has his arm pointing @ 45 degrees (at best)

After several replays, it's apparent the above could be a big consideration -- especially since it seems that C (who called the foul) was well above the FT line, possibly giving him an angle between the two players (and able to see any poke to the chest). Also, consider that 24 pulls her hand back quickly, as if to recoil from an errant poke.

But that's being very benevolent with a possible explanation. From what we see here, this ain't gonna get my whistle put to use, white or not.

The fact is we don't/can't know. Would have to ask C what he saw.

Blue #00 may have made contact with her left hand while White #22 is attempting a try. Contact, if any, isn't conclusive based on video.

It sure looked like #24 could have been pushing the shooter. The referee would have had a perfect angle for that. I wouldn't have been able to call it from the angle that we have with the video but I'm guessing it was probably the correct call.
