Anyone have a copy of an Assignor Performance Evaluation Form that they can share?

What Major areas would you include in evaluating performance of Assignor?

Timely release of schedules.
Clearly communicated assignments.
No unnecessary changes.
Shows appropriate support of officials.
Shows appropriate accountability of officials.
Provides appropriate feedback to officials.

Is transparent about rationale for making necessary changes.

Sometimes the game you thought would be a C game in November becomes an A game in February, and you don't want C officials on that A game. That's fine, just be honest with all involved when you have to make changes.

That's why our assignment commissioner assigns games only about a week and a half, to two weeks, in advance. He's out almost every night observing officials, and observing teams. He knows his officials, and the knows the teams that we service. He's well worth the $32,550.00 he's paid each season. Few complaints from officials, and few complaints from athletic directors and coaches.
