NCAA Shot Clock
I'm especially interested in NCAAW, but I think the NCAAM rule would be the same:
B1 shoots, misses and A gets the rebound. The shot clock is NOT reset and is at 25. As the clock is winding down, A1 throws up a try that misses the ring. The shot clock horn sounds while (a) A2 gets the "rebound"; (b) B2 gets the "rebound"; (c) no one yet has the "rebound." The official blows the whistle and realizes (based on the game clock) that the shot-clock period should not have expired. Ruling? |

A) If you have definite knowledge fix the clock to the correct time
B) Ignore the horn and clock should reset C) AP Throw in, if A retains the ball set the clock to what it should be at that point (this is the most cluster fudgy option of course)
