Watching this game and rewound these plays a few times to take a look also.
Play #1. On the floor - good call!
Play #2. In NFHS: this is a PC and the ball handler is responsible for this contact.
- No way to get his head & shoulders past the defender's torso.
- Contact is right in the chest of the defender.
- Defender is moving obliquely and not toward the ball-handler.
- ball-handler made no attempt to stop and pull up.
I can see myself getting #2 play wrong.

Play 1: 50/50 with my vote being shooting. Won't argue with decision by official either.
Play 2: 50/50 with my vote being player control foul. Would not argue with block call either.
Play 3: Easy block call as secondary defender is grounded in RA

In the second post I am fine with all of them except video #5.

This appears to be a text book example of what defenders are allowed to do in the RA. Defender jumps straight up, all contact initiated by offense. The defender does nothing wrong on this play.
