It depends on how 3-3-5 ("properly") and 3-4-5 ("one logo") are interpreted.
I agree that right now it's a state-by-state issue. FWIW, NCAAW only cares about the logo issue. IF the shorts are rolled so it makes multiple logos on the shorts, then the player must adjust (roll the band inward, roll it again, unroll it, etc.) |
