I just don't know why they care so much. College rule says shirt sleeves can't go past elbows. I see it every game. They don't worry about it. We've got enough to worry about....

NCAA-W allows sleeves to extend beyond elbows. Not sure about men's.

It depends on how 3-3-5 ("properly") and 3-4-5 ("one logo") are interpreted.

I agree that right now it's a state-by-state issue.

FWIW, NCAAW only cares about the logo issue. IF the shorts are rolled so it makes multiple logos on the shorts, then the player must adjust (roll the band inward, roll it again, unroll it, etc.)

There are a lot of reasons why schools and officials mark off this clown. I just pointed out the latest.

He knows the rules and that's about all he knows. The sad thing is that, in South Carolina, knowing the rules will get you state championship games. He's worked more than one of them. Absolutely shameful.
