Successive Time Outs 5-11-7
Need some clarification on Rule 5-11.7
Successive time outs should not be granted at the end of the 4th or quarter or any extra overtime period. This is only enforced when time has expired, not during the middle of an overtime period. For instance, Team A takes a time out once they cross half court. After the time out, and during the throw-in, after 4 seconds, Team A calls another time out. In this situation the time out should be granted.
