3N2 Reaction Shoe
Hi Everyone:
Looking for a new patent leather shoe since the Zigs have led to a severe case of plantar faciaitis each year that I have had them. Shame on me....I have found that the only patent leather shoe beside the Zigs that are available is the 3N2 Reaction.....anyone have experience with them? Quality? Like them? Thanks. Tim |

If you think about Zigs, the heel of the foot rests higher, not stretching the plantar facia. Never had an issue with Convetrse or New Balance, but would LIKE to have patent leather. Regardless, does anyone have experience with the 3N2?

I don't know about the reaction court shoe but I have their plate shoe for fastpitch and I love it. Comfortable and very lightweight.

Official Footwear
I've used these in the past and they served me well. Switched over to Zigs because of pronation but probably could've solved the problem with a decent pair of orthotics.

I wore the 3N2 shoe for several years, and had no issues. Also had plantar issues earlier, but none with the 3N2.

Thanks for the replies!

I had PF and I highly recommend inserts from Protolus. They don't look like much but they cured my PF. They used to be called Arch Mobility also. They help with alignment of the foot/ankle and I was pleasantly surprised when my pain ceased. I wear them in all my shoes now!

You might need to look at inserts. I have a high arch and pretty much need cushioned running shoes. However, while the cushioning was great, they never really fit my foot right and there was a lot of movement inside the shoe causing blisters and other things -- even with double socks. Plus, my feet hurt after games (mostly during football season). Insoles that correctly support my foot have made things much better. No foot issues during this football season, but I need a new pair of black running shoes for basketball.
