Violation then foul during FT

On a FT... B1 goes into the lane early. Lead official recognizes this and has signaled for the violation.

Just after this B2 then blocks out and fouls the shooter A1. Which is called by Center official.

The FT attempt is missed.

Does A1 then get to attempt the FT that was missed because of the violation by B1 and then proceed with any remaining FTs followed by FTs for A1 (if it was a bonus situation) from the foul by B2?

The question is do you shoot shoot the missed FT again because of the violation by B1 or ignore because of the foul that happened by B2?

Penalize in order .. you have it right

A1 gets a replacement FT to penalize the violation by B1 and then proceed with any remaining FTs followed by FTs for A1 (if it was a bonus situation) from the foul by B2?
