Couldn't tell what this was about or how it was resolved.

There was a sub at the table (#35 UK) prior to the OOB call.

#35 was sitting down in front of the table, below the eye-level of the table personnel and not directly in front of the scorer, so maybe they never saw or heard him report.

In the end he was allowed to stay in the game.
