Quick Question
 
Maybe it is because I don't call a lot of boys...and don't call college.

Ball in going through the net (entirely pass the rim but still touching net) and an offensive player who has jumped for possible rebound lightly grasp the rim without causing it to move.

Would you waive off the basket or is that being "overly officious"?

(edited so the last line makes sense)
