It's close, but I believe that the Georgia player gained possession and then was fouled.

I can't tell definitively, but I have no issue with them judging that there was a change in team control.

Thanks for posting. It was close; the GA player does touch the ball during the contact. I'm curious why doesn't have a whistle on this play?
