While I agree on the elbow (potential) automatic (although the FED stance on this is a little confusing, and NCAA has backed away from it, I think), I've never seen a push during rebounding where even the thought of Intentional ran through my mind.

Intentional fouls are (almost) always contact during a break-away layup, or fouls well away from the ball in the last minute(s) of play.

I don't know, jersey grabs are pretty common.

In a Men's rec league I called an IF on a very unathletic looking player when he decided to throw his hip into the legs of an opponent who had jumped for a rebound.
