Question about how a slightly different situation would be handled at the NCAA level: White trips black and there is no call (same as before), but the ball bounces to another black player who goes down and scores. At this point, play is stopped to review the trip. How is this play adjudicated?
1. You're welcome.

2. The penalty for an F1 is two shots + possession to the offended team. The only difference in your scenario is Louisville would've had 2 (or 3) extra points. Louisville would've received a throw-in at the spot nearest the foul.

Play #1: The defender embellished a bit but I'll go with an illegal screen. Whether the defender was moving as the screen was set was so close I can give the defense the benefit of the doubt.

Play #2: Yeah, kind of baffling why the L/new Twas still looking into the lane when Louisville gained control of the ball. I'd have to think it was the T/new L who initiated talk of a review. If the C had seen it I'm thinking he would've had a late whistle.

Same Duke player is involved in both plays?
Illegal screen is against a player with a history of these.
However, watch #3 in other games - he's also dirty... He's working on his own 30 for 30, "I hate Christian Laettner" story.

1. Play on!
2. Good get... by the monitor.
