Inbounding basketball

I understand the ball can be passed to another player that is out of bounds on an inbound play after a made basket.

After a deadball where the ref places the player in a spot, can that player pass the ball to a teammate that establishing themselves out of bounds? Example, inbound play under your own basket....

The only instance where more than one player of the throw-in team can be out of bounds is after a made basket.

As others have said.

Additionally, this would be a violation as soon as the 2nd player stepped out of bounds.
