Had a missed rotation once that led to all three on the same side. I was T, and neither I or the C saw the L rotate. Fast break the other way, opposite from me. At the time, I was working on rotating right away to get the best look at the break as lead, and I was ahead of the play enough to do it. I got over, looked up and saw both partners on the same side of the court.
