Had a game with four techs (none by me) a couple weeks ago. Kid who was on one had the ball and got pushed OOB. Partner calls the pushing foul, the kid reacts late and jumps and throws the ball at his opponent, hits opponent in head. 2nd tech, see ya. Replacement shot bonus FT's for initial push and then we shot the tech. Coach thought it was a legit basketball play but it's kinda hard to not see that as a tech when we've already had three others.

Depending on the level of the player, it's not an easy thing to target a certain body part when saving a ball from out of bounds. I agree this is a had-to-be-there.

I had something similar several years ago. A-1 tries to save the ball from going out of bounds, leaps, grabs it with one hand, and drills a laser right at B-2. Unfortunately, it hits B-2 squarely in the "egg sack." The poor kid goes down in a heap. I considered a T for half a second, but there was no way A-1 had the skill to target that save.

A few weeks later, I see B-2's athletic director at a local tournament. I ask about B-2 (who is fine), and whether anyone shot video of the game.

"Are you kidding?" he replied. "[B-2]'s dad watches that play every day!"

It seems your Australian spell check failed. The letters are arranged incorrectly and one letter was omitted.
