So the correct answer that covers all scenarios is that you go to POI.
And POI could be continuing the penalty for the foul (possibly another FT, throw-in at spot nearest the intentional foul, or throw-in at division line), or continuing to penalize further fouls (in a multiple foul situation), or an AP throw-in, or end of period, or ... |
