Probably some random dude off the street hired as an assistant who has no business being involved in coaching.

Just read the Orlando Sentinel article and I am correct.

Well, maybe he isn't random. Rather he is probably a drug dealer who helps to finance the team in exchange for bringing his clown-a$$ on the sidelines as a supposed coach.
