... and if the item only goes around hair (ponytail holder, elastic, ribbon, etc.) then it's a "hair control device, and doesn't fall under the headband restrictions rule.

I incorrectly enforced the "no extensions" provision last year during AAU. I'm glad the NCAA (or is it the NFHS) has seen the light.
