NC State vs TCU NCAA Tournament game (Video)
In the 8th inning, the pitcher for NC State was called for a balk that tied the game after a big comeback.
Can anyone tell me what might have been the infraction that resulted in the balk call? ESPN showed highlights of this and I was trying to figure out what might have been the possible infraction? Not saying the call was wrong, but all it appeared the pitcher did was step off the rubber. I did not see any other action, but I have not done baseball in awhile so I am wondering if there as something that was a POE or some action I have not seen in some time. Just curious. Peace

There may have been a knee buckle or something but I can't see anything from that angle.
