Wilson Platinum Shins
Anyone have issues with the Platinum guards and using combo pants from Smitty? Do you have to wear plate pants? I had a pair of ChampPro guards I had to get rid of this past season and thought I would try the Wilson's - I have them now but not sold on them yet - especially a Velcro knee. Just curious.

I will say this as nicely as I can: Get rid of your combo pants.

If you want to wear pro-level shins, you need to get plate pants. Pro shins and combo pants do not make a good pair.
